信号蝶阀手动装置在阀门手动装置的基础上增加了电气开关箱，内有微动开关，凸轮、接线板、电缆进线口和结构件等
1、开向和关向各有一个微动开关，阀门“关”到位或“开”到位时能提供一个电信号。
2、电气开关箱为全密封结构，壳体结合部位均设有密封圈，因此可以直接用于户外。
3、打开电气开关箱的箱罩不妨碍电缆进线，因此调整和维护都很方便。

安装及使用方法
1、将阀门的阀杆的阀杆连同键装入手动装置的输出轴也内，并使阀门和手动装置处于正确的相对位置然后用螺栓把两者的法兰盘和接盘紧固在一起，
2、打开电器开关箱罩，根据电气控制要求把电缆的蕊线接到相应的端子上，并密封好电缆进线口，同时把电缆固定，以防外力牵动时损坏电缆接线。
3、当阀门在全关的位置时，顺时针转动下面的关向凸轮，使凸轮刚好触动微动开关听到咔哒声，然后言旋紧凸轮上的螺钉固定凸轮。
4、当阀门在全开位置时，逆时针转动上面的凸轮，用与第3条相同的方法调整好凸轮。
